the weather, has now become redundant at leading Lake District hotel Miller

pictures and loads them on to the Internet. Thus potential visitors can
get a foretaste of the kind of spectacular views over Lake Windermere
to the Langdale Pikes and Bowfell, and also check the weather before setting
off.
Previously owned by the TV chef writer and
eccentric, John Tovey, who remains the hotel's consultant, Miller
Howe , under new proprietor Charles Garside, a former editor of The
European, has now re- opened after refurbishment.
